The TimelineWe’ll be welcoming everyone at 5:00 PM for a pre-ceremony drink. The exchange of vows begins at 5:30 PM sharp, followed by a long night of celebrations.

Q + A

Getting There AirportsThe two best options for flying into Puglia are:• Bari Karol Wojtyła (BRI): The closest hub, roughly 45–50 minutes from Monopoli.• Brindisi Salento (BDS): A great alternative, located about 50–60 minutes away. On the Ground• Car Rentals: Both airports host all major rental agencies. We recommend booking in advance if you plan to explore the coastline.• Trains: For those skipping the car, frequent direct trains run from Bari Centrale to Monopoli station in about 30–40 minutes. Where to StayWe recommend staying in Monopoli to be close to the action and the venue. • The Old Town (Centro Storico): Best for those who want to wake up in the heart of Puglia. Look for boutique hotels or charming Airbnbs nestled in the white-washed alleys near the sea. • Capitolo: Best for a resort vibe. This area is just south of Monopoli and home to the region’s best beach clubs and full-service hotels. • Polignano a Mare (15 mins away): For guests who want the "iconic" Puglia experience. It’s famous for its dramatic limestone cliffs and world-renowned views. Feel free to reach out to Jad and Lara if you want more personalized recommendations.

Jad's vows in English

I could start and never finish, but I will try to keep it brief. I will be speaking in Arabic, so my apologies to our international guests and to anyone who does not speak Arabic.Lara, I love thinking about how life gives us two paths: a short, easy road that leads nowhere meaningful, and a long, difficult road that builds a life. And yes, our road was long and hard—from Dubai to Korea, London, Dublin, and back to Dubai now, without going into all the boring details. But every single kilometer we walked was worth every bit of the hardship, because we grew up together and built this home side by side.I still remember the first day I saw you and lost my mind over you. I remember feeling that exact same way every single time I visited you during our long-distance years, and it is the exact same feeling I get seeing you every day after work now (minus the jumpscares from behind the fridge). My grandmother used to call me "Bayte" (my home), and I never really understood what she meant. As I grew up, I realized that "Home" is a deep concept, a sanctuary, and something truly meaningful. A home is something you build and protect. A home is built through the good times and the hard times. From day one, you have been my home, and until my final day, you will remain the home where I feel safety, love, and warmth. It is where we will grow old together and where our family will grow. The road ahead will have hard days, though most will be sweet, but the foundation of our home will get us through everything. In front of our family and friends, I promise to stand by your side as the love of your life and your support through every stage of yours. I promise to keep loving life with that same joie de vivre so we never grow tired. Sometimes my seriousness worries you, but life is a balance, and we tune each other out.I promise that my family will become yours, and yours will become mine, with mutual respect and love. Most importantly, I promise to love you until the very last moment of my life.I will end with a quote from one of my favorite authors, Gibran Khalil Gibran:"Your house is your larger body;It grows in the sun and sleeps in the stillness of the night, and it is not dreamless...Build of love your house, before you build a shelter for your flesh in the city."And you will remain my home until the very last second. I love you, Lara.
